New valuable offers are emerging in the market, many of which rely on Artificial Intelligence to equip Operations and Procurement departments in order to better manage the challenges of these sectors that are still insufficiently equipped. These solutions need to be evaluated by operational expertise before they are brought to market and continuously during updates. With my 30 years of experience in the field of Procurement for major international companies, I offer to support companies in the development of their activities, and more specifically in the set up of programs of partnership with their customers. I am part of the California scale-up Craft.co Board of Advisors.

I have built up my Procurement expertise over 30 years of experience in the US, Switzerland and France, working for international groups renowned for their innovative approach to Procurement, in the FMCG, Energy, Cosmetics, Food and Construction sectors. My practice has been shaped by the various financial, geopolitical and health crises of recent decades. It has matured with these experiences, integrating financial performance with a top and bottom line impact objective, and also extra-financial performance (ESG).

I’m fully aware of the pitfalls that hinder the smooth running of Procurement Departments and their interactions, both internally and with suppliers, and I also have developed a keen awareness of the challenges the function will have to overcome in the near future. I propose to accompany companies in an advisory role as they develop their solutions.

Bringing a CPO perspective

I offer support as Advisory Board Member, or in co-construction workshops or ad-hoc exchanges on the major trends the Procurement profession is currently and will soon have to face. To make yourself understood, you need to know how to speak the customer’s language: I can also help you structure your sales pitch.
