Committed to passing on 30 years of experience in the Procurement profession, I have developed a pragmatic approach to teaching through my experience as a manager of multi-functional and international teams from France, Switzerland, and the United States, in industries as diverse as cosmetics, energy, construction, and consumer goods.
In addition to the training courses I provide in-house for companies, I have been teaching Regenerative Procurement for several years at Essec Business School and HEC Buisness School

My 30 years of experience in international environments, in very different business and corporate cultures, including 10 years as a CPO, enables me to offer personalized support to Procurement, Sales managers and start-up managers in the challenges of taking up a new position, transforming a team, and setting up or evolving business models.

To face the increasing competition, I offer to coach teams on the theme of “Becoming the Partner of Choice” of your Suppliers or Customers.
For organizations looking to go further in learning how to integrate ESG actions into the Procurement and Sales operating model, I offer training in Regenerative Procurement.
The duration of training courses is flexible. They can take place over a single day, or over several days, to equip procurement and sales managers with the methods taught. They can take place face-to-face or virtually, in French or English.
Co-construction
As a pedagogical tool, co-construction workshops are organized so that the teams can appropriate the methods and adjust to the reality of their environment.

There’s no doubt about the effectiveness of putting lessons into practice. On request, my training courses can be followed by individual or group coaching over a period of several months, to enable employees to put into practice what they have learned.
Mentoring
Mentoring sessions support procurement and sales teams in their reflections, the identification of a vision, a strategy, and an action plan. Support is usually structured around the 3 pillars of (1) Team, (2) Category, and (3) Supplier/ Customer Excellence. Mentoring can also be used when a mirror effect, confidential, trusting, and transparent exchanges are required, or when the development or evolution of business cases is at stake.
Sessions are spread over a period of 10 to 12 months, at a rate of around one exchange per month, to allow time for awareness and hindsight to develop, and for transformation objectives to be achieved. They can take place face-to-face or virtually, in English or French.
